Meetings - Public Questions

The Council's Policy with regard to Public Question Time during Full Council meetings is as follows:
- Members of the public attending Council meetings will be asked on arriving if they wish to address Council and if they do their names and addresses must be given to the clerks.
- The meeting will be adjourned at an appropriate point to allow 5 minutes for each member of the public wishing to address Council. Any points raised may not necessarily be discussed at that time but held over for a future date.
- Parishioners having any major matters they wish to be brought to the Council's notice for necessary action, must forward full particulars in writing to the Clerk at least three days before the meeting.
